Where do you actually stand?
Sixteen questions across the four stages of the WATT Framework — Wisdom, Awareness, Training, and Transformation. Answer honestly; there's no version of this where a higher score is the point.
-
Stage 01
Wisdom
Judgment earned from experience, not just information.
-
Stage 02
Awareness
Reading yourself and the room accurately, in real time.
-
Stage 03
Training
Deliberate, repeated effort — not talent left to chance.
-
Stage 04
Transformation
Change that outlasts your presence in the room.
Takes about four minutes. Your answers stay in this session only.

How to read these
- Emerging 0–49% Early ground. The stage to give deliberate attention to.
- Developing 50–74% Underway. Real, but not yet dependable under pressure.
- Strong 75–100% Established. It holds when the week goes badly.
This is a starting signal, not a verdict. The full model — how each stage builds on the last, and how to move through it deliberately — is the subject of the WATT Framework book and the work behind WATT Global.
